Weight Loss and Exercise:
Lose 20 lbs before surgery  oops, did not happen, in fact gained a few pounds
Exercise 3X a week for 10 minutes at a time
Exercise 3X a week for 20 minutes at a time forget easing my way into it, I went straight for 30 minutes at a time --
Exercise 3X a week for 30 minutes at a time
Exercise 4X a week for 30 minutes at a time
Lose 20 lbs

180 lbs what I weighed when I got married (so wish I didn't spend so much time thinking I was fat!)
160-170 probable goal weight
130? Highschool weight.....probably not (again, wish I didn't waste so much time thinking I was fat!)
Get off of high-blood pressure med
Get off of Metformin (for PCOS)
Being able to shop in regular stores
Sitting comfortably in a plane and being able to feel okay walking up the aisle to the teeny tiny bathroom and not feel like an elephant in a china shop.
Hiking with the kids
Not having to turn sideways when maneuvering through chairs and tables in a restaurant
Being a smaller size then my husband

Pre-surgery check list:

when get new insurance check to see if it covers bariatric surgery  it does not, ugh
give up caffeine - uh, drastically reduce caffeine (one cup a day)  down to a cup a week - WOW
caffeine actually given up entirely -- AND THEN RESTARTED UGH
